GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

DELIVERY PERIOD: 3 weeks
The terms of delivery are given as a guide and are not guaranteed. Late delivery is not a reason for cancellation of the order..

DISPATCH
Even when post paid, our goods are always transported at the customer's risk, who, in the case of damaged goods, must seek redress against the transporter.

NOTE
As our wood is dried artificially up to 8% of dryness, then stabilised in the workshop, stocking the leaves in a dry place is recommended. We decline all responsibility for any deterioration in cases of catching of the leaves, due to humidity..

IMPORTANT : NEVER USE WATER BASED TINTS.

PAYMENT
Cash payment in euros

PROPERTY RESERVATION
By express agreement, we reserve the right to ownership of the goods supplied until the last day of the final payment, in accordance with the terms of the law 80.335 of 12 May 1980. In case of dispute, the only recognised court is the Oloron court (64400).

PENALTY CLAUSES
In case of non payment of invoices by the due date, full interest, by right, will be added to the amount owing, without formal notice, at the loan rates of the Bank of France and increased by two points without this clause affecting the payability of the debt. Furthermore, any late payment will attract, by right, for the buyer, a payment with regard to the penalty clause fixed at 15% of the unpaid invoice.
